Jose Mourinho was booed at the San Siro on Sunday, 14th January 2024 by the fans ahead of their 3-1 defeat to AC Milan.

Leandro Paredes scored from the penalty spot for the visitors, but goals from Yacine Adli, Olivier Giroud and Theo Hernandez turned the game around.

The result, which leaves Roma in ninth place, puts more pressure on Mourinho.

Mourinho was not in the dugout for the match as he was serving a touchline ban after receiving a red card in each of their last two games.

Yet he was still booed by the fans when he appeared on the big screen at the San Siro, as he watched on from the stands.

Mourinho’s contract expires in June and the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss is expected to leave the Italian capital after the expiration of his contract.
