A woman who got married two months ago identified as Torkwase Kpile has reportedly killed her husband after a disagreement over sex in Achusa Village, Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State.

DAILY POST gathered that the couple disagreed over sex before only for the wife to pick up a kitchen knife and stabbed the man in the neck and several parts of the body.

Neighbours who rushed to their house for rescue when they heard her husband’s shout met him in a pool of blood. The wife alleged that her husband was disturbing her for sex. Kpile died on the way to the clinic in Makurdi and was confirmed dead on arrival by the doctor on duty.

Meanwhile, Torkwase the suspect, has been on the run and the Police have commenced an investigation into the murder.

The spokesperson of the Benue State Police Command, SP Catheren Anene, could not be reached to confirm the incident.
