Governor Dikko of Katsina State has denied speculations from reports linking him to a purported 2027 vice-presidential ambition.
This was made known by Daily Trust on the 25th of June, 2025.
According to Daily Trust, this was as the governor declared that his focus remains on serving the people of Katsina State.
An official statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, said the governor clarified Dutsin-Ma while speaking at an event organised by the Dutsin-Ma Development Forum on Tuesday.
Addressing the speculation, Radda said, “I’ve seen posters and messages suggesting I’m pursuing another office.
“Let me be clear, I sought your mandate to serve as Governor of Katsina State, and that is my only focus.
“I am not behind any campaign to contest elsewhere. I have to fulfil the trust you’ve placed in me.”
