Man Utd Decide on Signing Benzema

By Reporter 3

Manchester United has turned down the possibility of signing Karim Benzema over what it called ‘exorbitant’ wage demands.

The Red Devils have struggled all along to score goals this season and sit eighth in the Premier League table.

Anthony Martial has been ruled out for 10 weeks following groin surgery, leaving Rasmus Hojlund as the only fit-recognized striker.

United Boss, Erik Ten Hag, has the option of signing French striker Benzema, who plays in the Saudi Pro League.

However, it was reported that United does not want to sign the 36-year-old, who is paid a whopping £86 million a year, and fears of breaching FFP rules.

Benzema moved to Saudi side Al-Ittihad in the summer on a free transfer from Real Madrid and has scored 12 goals in 20 appearances.
